'This was our second stay at this property. We loved it and had a pleasant experience both times. The host was so kind and accommodating. They knew we traveled with children--on our first stay our children happily slept on the couches--so when we arrived the second time, there was a second bed set and ready for us. It is the kindest gesture that we've ever received at any b&b.'

'I chose this home because we were visiting Chicago and wanted a place outside Chicago with easy access to the Metra station (Joliet). We were very happy with our choice! The house was spotless and quite spacious. Safe and convenient location, many restaurants nearby. My husband enjoyed having large TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The bed was comfy and i loved all the windows and sunlight. Would definitely book again if we're back in the area! '

'Property manager always reached back out when I had a question so I really appreciated that. Place was about 20 ish minutes (30 ish with traffic) to the main tourist area which wasn’t too bad. Only thing I would change is adding a bit more equipment to the kitchen for guests to use such as napkins, a bit more toilet paper for the bathrooms, cleaner blankets, maybe a bit drawings offered to use for the kitchen like most rental places have but besides that, not a bad place at all and the...

'This is an extended stay. The hallways and elevator are filthy. The room had a terrible smell, although I think it was pretty clean--the smell coming from the air conditioner was a mix of what seemed like cigs and pooh. The front desk staff was so nice that I did not complain. I only stayed one night, however, as my daughter was moving into a property in Chicago, our reason for travel, and she let me stay with her on what ould have been my second night. 'Host is very easy to communicate with. Place is beautiful inside with some upgrades in furniture. Overall would recommend for a nice getaway from home esp if you love casinos!!!'

'You get what you pay. The host was very responsive during our stay but not great before arrival. The bedsheets are of satin/silk material and were very uncomfortable for those who are sensitive to the texture. The host was not responsive to our request for other alternatives. We also didn't have any shampoo or conditioner upon arrival but the host was responsive and had them brought to our door promptly.
