'I enjoyed staying at Christine's place. It was very clean and appealing overall. However, I felt Christine is inflexible when it comes to any deviation like a slightly later checkout due to unforeseen circumstances and simply unreasonable as a host. I might say she left a bad taste for my stay at her place.'

'Area was quiet and homey. We stayed in both nights we stayed, however there were plenty of things to eat nearby. The coffee shop around the corner was nice. We had a fabulous time. We would stay at this property again.'

'Parking was easy, directions were so simple. We had a GREAT time!! This place is so cute. Decorated so well. The beds are very comfy and plenty of sunlight comes into the room. Very obvious this place was spruced up recently because it feels very modern and lovely.'

'Everything was great. Super clean, and cozy. I would suggest maybe a step ladder, some shelves in the kitchen were impossible for me to reach. Luckily my partner is quite tall. But well stocked with most things you’ll need to cook. In a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, close to food and a short drive to the beach. Comfy bed. Would stay here again.'

'Absolutley fabulous! Will stay again! The beds were comfy, the neighors nice, the place was super clean and safe. The owner was very responsive to all of my messages and recommended some great newarvy restaurants. Our personal favorite is Backlot, fantastic coffee and great bakery breakfast items for our kids (11 and 14), seriously everything there was delicious. The only unexpected thing was the walk from the unit to Martin Stadium was much further than it stated in the listing. You are looking...

'I only have 3 small things to mention about this rental that I think could be improved (keeping in mind if they didn't change anything, it would still be very nice)!1. The parking garage directions talk about the elevator being at the end, but it is actually 6 spots to the right of your spot. It would be easier to state that explicitly I think. 2. The garbage can slams a little when you open and close it. I think something might be wrong with the soft close mechanism. I just used my hand to open...

'Great spot to stay in Evanston, definitely recommend!'

'Our family enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and spacious, and within walking distance of restaraunts and shopping.'

'Great experience here. Very nice apartment in a good location. Great communication by the host. My only critique would be that some of the towels felt old with bleach stains. Would prefer just hotel like white towels and bedding. The disposal smelled of garbage even though we didn't cook at all during our stay. Despite this, it was a great place and would stay here again!'

'Great place and location. Quiet residential neighborhood not far from campus and business district.'

'This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!'

'I’ll start with the good: it’s a place to stay that is pretty close to Loyola University as well as the Loyola cta stop on the red line which made it convenient to get around. The neighborhood/area was very clean and full of college students which made it feel safe. Onto the bad: The room/building itself smelled kind of like trash, though the room was mostly clean. The towels had some random hairs on them/embedded within the fibers which was gross, there was toilet paper stuffed in the window...

'Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .'

'Excellent marketing. You get EXACTLY what is described. Look closely at the photos and make sure that is what will make you comfortable. Location was excellent. The view from the rooftop was great for sunrises or sunsets (some functional furniture would be nice). We stayed there a full 7 days. It was a great place to crash for sleep after an exhausting long day at work. I would suggest taking an HDMI cable unless you are. comfortable entering your streaming passwords into someone else's TV...

'Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again.'

'Great place! Highly recommended.'
