'We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was excellent, walking distance of several great coffee shops and cafes and a short drive from many local attractions. John was an outstanding host. Very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Buffalo/Niagara Falls.'

'The duplex was pleasant. The stairs are old and steep but navigable. Be careful when you open the door. The disturbing part for me was the overly scented room fresheners. If a person planning to stay there has trouble with scents, a different place may be better. I was able to stay after spraying bedding with scent neutralizer..'

'Listing is as advertised - holds a good amount of guests in a single space with plenty of towels, kitchen basics, etc even for a larger group. Living room and kitchen area were great size even though the bedrooms can get pretty tight with 8 guests. Location was great for the Buffalo marathon and for walking to other points of interest (Elmwood Village, Allentown, AKG). Easy parking and access to the unit via key pad. Hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and kind!!Two considerations that...

'Our host, Owen, communicated all details very well and was very attentive to our needs. Parking was tight as expected but worked for us. Had several suggestions and sent photos of some things to fix. This place was very convenient for our plans for the long weekend and our family enjoyed spending it together instead of the hotel.'
