'Only thing that could improve on was the breakfast. It was tasteless rubber sorry normally do not complain and I’m not fussing. Other than that it was great. '

'The hotel was undergoing renovations and this was not disclosed prior to arrival. My room was already renovated but there was no refrigerator as advertised. Parking was limited due to construction trailers '

'Lovely neighbourhood. Close to great historic sites, antique stores, bars and fantastic restaurants. Beautiful inn and the staff were very accommodating. The only set back is the lack of security - the front door is 'locked' with a chain lock - no dead bolt.'

'We stay here twice a year. This time they had difficulty getting both keys to work. Even the second set we got only one worked so we just gave up. The pool, spa and hot tub were out of service. Also there was only one bar of soap in the bathroom. We had to keep moving it from sink to shower. The staff as always was very kind and accommodating '

'Staff was great. Trouble with keys. After we checked in the keys worked, but we left for a family event and when we returned, the keys didn’t work. We had to go down from the fourth floor two times until we finally got one that let us get back into our room. Another lodger told me he had to the same problem and it took him two trips down too to get keys that worked. May have been a glitch in their system.'
