'Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. '

'Great stay at Newport Beach. Easy to communicate with and accommodating. Really convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Thankful for the fans provided on the hot days. Enough space for my family of four (2 teenagers) to stay comfortably.I could work from the kitchen table as my office without disturbing them them while in the bedrooms. '

'Wonderful, walkable location! Enjoyed several area restaurants, but our favorites were Mayur (Indian cuisine) and Zinc (fresh cafe). We were able to communicate easily with our host, Colleen, and our room was thoughtfully appointed. MUCH nicer than a hotel room and more affordable, too!'
