'This property gets a -1*, the apartment was beat up, awful odor, plastic glove stuck to shower tile. The furniture was awful, would not sit on couch, I even left my nice blanket there. The building smelled awful, dirty, low income housing. I am trying to get some compensation back 4 weeks later, keep getting run around. '

'My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again.'

'Unit was centrally located in downtown White Plains but trying to deal with the owner/manager was awkward. The contacts were to a business office so contacts were different we called. No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice...
