If you have trouble with stairs I'd look elsewhere also no full kitchen and small refrigerator. That being said this is a 5 star place without question. 'My wife and I spent one night in Villa Verde. The hostess, Eva, was gracious and kind. She obviously puts a lot of thought into what she does. The accommodations were comfortable and restful. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Eva even tried to poach eggs for us. We got to talk to her about her life for a little bit and would love to visit again. She is a true gem. '

'Unit was centrally located in downtown White Plains but trying to deal with the owner/manager was awkward. The contacts were to a business office so contacts were different we called. No answer in business office after hours? We had to contact VRBO for entrance info? The owner sent us required questions while on air travel? Why couldn't they have sent the info a day earlier so we had the required info to enter the unit. Overall, the unit was as described and clean. It would have been nice...
