'Personeel niet echt klant vriendelijk We hadden standaard kamer geboekt en kregen een kamer voor invalide met bij behorende douche, was niet fijn! Bij uitchecken geen reden! We waren er maar 1 nacht dus interesseerde het ze vast niet '

'Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. Otherwise, it was excellent if you're looking for a clean, simple, inexpensive place. We have stayed in...

'Very busy location maybe due to spring break. Long lines for free drinks and food. (Better layout could afford confusion and more workers to help stock food) Refrigerator and air conditioner unit made noise all night. Only 2 reasons for the four stars.'

'Travel advisor opinion:) Overall it was a good choice but here were some hiccups…. 1. Stay included breakfast which was off the menu. You need to request basic condiments like syrup or salt. Food was not a highlight in any way but provided us fuel. 2. Service from staff was slow in their main restaurant and bar.
