'This hotel is perfect! They welcome you with freshly baked cookies. The clean smell when you walk through the door says it all. The front desk lady was hateful but the hotel and room was great. One of the best we've stayed in this area. The breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. '

'The room was clean, spacious. The entire hotel was clean the halls the lobby the breakfast area all very nice. Every interaction with the staff was very pleasant. The checking in and checkout process was great. Access to the rooms are especially after the third floor was a very convenient this particular hotel actually had a parking garage under the hotel which I utilized kept the weather off my car and got off the elevator right into my car. I would recommend this hotel and we’ll stay there...

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...
