'Een heerlijk hotel,prima en zeer schone kamer.ontbijt was goed het hotel is voor iedereen dus ook veel kinderen..hou er rekening mee dat als je rust wilt dit dan niet het perfecte hotel is.er is altijd wel iets van geluid van bezoekers.dit vond ik niet storend. Het hotel is heel gezellig en heeft diverse zitjes. Ik kom graag terug'

'Had a really nice few days here. Some troubles with the access codes but the staff was very friendly in solving it. Rooms are very nice and very relaxing. And what a beautiful view from the balconies. Perfect way to end a day of sightseeing or hiking.'

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'Great customer service/support. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and it’s very cozy, they provide everything you need, the cabin is modern and updated and also off the beaten path but only 10minutes from pigeon forge downtown. You can door dash to the cabin and enjoy a movie or head out very easily and be downtown within minutes. '
