'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'Our suite was lovely! Only two issues really 1) There was no full length mirror- and only the one mirror in the bathroom. 2) I wish the coffee cups were larger :) Otherwise a wonderful stay! Great location!'

'Had a really nice few days here. Some troubles with the access codes but the staff was very friendly in solving it. Rooms are very nice and very relaxing. And what a beautiful view from the balconies. Perfect way to end a day of sightseeing or hiking.'
