'Clean facility, great scenic location and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg, helpful and attentive staff, great pool, yummy free breakfast with lots of options. We will definitely be back to stay at Edgewater!'

'We have stayed numerous of places along the line of pigeon forge, but this place tops them all. So nice, and clean, feels like home. And there’s so much the place offers. it was nice being able to swim, play games, and eat all right there. We visit pigeon forge several times throughout the year, and from now on this will be our favorite place to stay!! '

'Mooie accomodatie net buiten de drukte van de hoofdstraat. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel bij de receptie. Helaas was er geen ontbijtmogelijkheid en waren alle omliggende restaurants voor ontbijt overvol en hadden wachttijd van ongeveer 1 uur. De betere restaurants zijn op ongeveer 30 minuten loopafstand. Parkeren bij de restaurants alleen tegen betaling. '

'Een heerlijk hotel,prima en zeer schone kamer.ontbijt was goed het hotel is voor iedereen dus ook veel kinderen..hou er rekening mee dat als je rust wilt dit dan niet het perfecte hotel is.er is altijd wel iets van geluid van bezoekers.dit vond ik niet storend. Het hotel is heel gezellig en heeft diverse zitjes. Ik kom graag terug'

'Check in was efficient and front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and stocked with all necessities (towels, toilet paper, toiletries like shampoo & conditioner and body wash). Beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. We did not utilize the pools but they are on the smaller side and looked a little green-ish but we did use the hot tub which was relaxing. I would definitely stay at this property again due to it’s convenient location on the parkway and to the Island...
