'Great home! Great view!!! The kitchen was well stocked with pots & pans to cook meals with. We saw LOTS of bear activity around the home, including a bear party across the mountain, on the ski slope area. Be sure to keep food out of your car! The bear do come check out the area daily!!!'

'The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. It was quiet and close to the main shops in Gatlinburg. The only problem was the TV remote battery cover was broken and the batteries would fall out sometimes.'

'If you’re wanting to see bears, stay here. It’s also convenient and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and things to do. The room (510), had been renovated and was very nice. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast had bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice, milk, and yogurt'

'The AC in room didn’t work. Not even the fan. The front service clerk personal did try to relocate us but the room that was available and had working ac, didn’t had a working lock door. Luckily, wasn’t that hot the night my girlfriend and I stayed. And parking. End up using an app that gave us discount on a near by parking building and paid $17 for the night. Not that bad compared to other parking spots available. And was 3 blocks away. '
