'Great hotel in a great location. Was a great hotel to reset in the middle of our Japan trip. Especially appreciated the laundry and rooftop terrace.'

'Fabulous hotel and staff! Only a 10-minute walk from Kyoto’s shopping district and situated in a quiet neighborhood directly off the main road, Hotel Muso was perfect for our stay in Kyoto. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was clean, beautiful, and super comfortable. We loved the amenities and layout. The staff was just as wonderful. Kind, caring, and very attentive when we checked in and out and throughout our stay. They even delivered a complimentary brunch! Hotel Muso is...

'The Aoi Hotel is located centrally to great restaurants, shopping, local attractions, and beautiful views. The staff is helpful and friendly, just a chat away using their cool interactive pad accessible in the room. Our room had a washer/dryer and they provided detergent, which helped us get reset for our time in Kyoto. Did I mention it’s spacious! We had...

'Small but lovely property with friendly receptionist who spoke good English. We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which was a little dark even during the day, but very nice. Easy walk to the station was a bonus.'

'Een top lokatie om met een gezin Kyoto en omgeving te verkenen. Niet in de toeristische drukte maar wel luxe en dichtbij de metro en trein.'

'Excellent hotel, we liked everything about it.'

'Great experience for our family.'

'規模は小さいがすごくサービスが洗練されている。エレベーターから降りたら声掛けがあったり、お部屋の和菓子や飲み物も京都に因んだものが用意されており、こんなに美味しいものがあるのかと京都の新たな発見ができる。檜風呂もすごく嬉しい。 一点気になるのは、窓が少ないこと。窓から景色が見えたら嬉しい'

'Everything was great, the staff very helpful. Rooms are comfortable. We love the place'

'I liked the free self-serve laundry and access to bike riding services. I thought the room was lovely, clean and spacious and the staff were accommodating when we needed a late clean.'
