'Definitely not a 4 star resort. First we were charged an amenity fee which they explained covered having a washer and dryer in the condo, a pool, and first come first served parking. Gave 3 stars because the manager did round up other amenities listed in the listing (blender, dish drain, bowls, glasses, etc) and because of the inconvenience she refunded half the amenities fee. The condo itself was old and in need of upgrades. Sofa was old and worn with cushion zippers broken in the open...

'The beds, staff, and taxi to the airport (10$) was nice. The room was clean, but no curtains (wake up early). The other guests were loud, fighting and smoking - we Would therefore not stay here again. '

'Prachtig resort alleen restaurant op het resort . Erg slecht de maaltijden en ongezellig . Koffiebar alleen in de ochtend tot 10 am open . Er jammer . Dan heb je aan het restaurant bij het zwembad . En dat is slecht . En ongezellig . '

'I enjoyed this property and I think it’s great for families'

'Rooms were very clean and newly renovated. Grounds were well kept and just how we remembered from 19 years ago. The beach is only about 50 yards from the sand bottom pool, waking up to awesome sunrises. The only bummer was the lobby was closed for renovation during our stay. We were excited to see it but it was all closed. The reception area was relocated to a small meeting room near the gift shop/concierge. We had fond memories of the lobby during our honeymoon from so many years before...

Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. 'We had a good stay at the Point. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and big enough. There is everything you need. The furniture looks outdated, but it have it's charms. The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is central to visit al the known tourist sites.We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this resort.'

'Room was clean and the ocean view was excellent! Wi-Fi worked fine. The extra free amenities were very nice like the bike rentals, mini-cooler, ice, and nice thick beach towels. Swimming pool was very nice with a decorative waterfall. Across the bike bath was a small sand beach but nice. A homeless couple were living in some bushes and trees across from the hotel but were hidden from view. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again .'
