'We had a lovely stay at the Hampton Inn. We did not have a great room, and next time will be sure to ask for a room on one of the upper floors. We had one issue - the music that played constantly in the halls was left on all night on our first night which kept me awake and as well, I thought playing music in the halls late at night was too much. I expressed my anger to reception the next morning and they promised me that it would not happen again. The next night was blissfully quiet. Thank you...

'The room was exactly as advertised, in fact, it looked even better than the pictures. The property is very well kept. Complementary breakfast probably has to be one of the best ones in a hotel that I’ve had various options to choose from which I was surprised by. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The tiki bar on site was also pretty cool. The staff also was helpful in giving suggestions and ideas on where to eat would definitely recommend for another short stay.'

'la propiedad esta muy bonita y los amenities estaban buenos me gusto donde nos quedamos que tenia su cocina, dos banos y el cuarto muy limpio . Lo unico que no me gusto fue que encontramos cucarachas en el lugar que nos quedamos . Le informamos a la persona de la recepcion y pareciera que se enojo con nosotros y pues la verdad le hicimos el comentario para que pudieran tratar el problema no que se enojaran con uno . Ademas me dijo que me como no habia hecho la reservacion con mi cuenta de Hilton...

'My room was nice and bed comfortable. No coffee maker in room. Staff were rude. Check in at 8:30pm, receptionist was not interested after getting off phone to wait on me. Kathy (who told me her name was Kathy with a K) was rude and tried to argue when I checked out.'
