'The room was very nice and the ocean view was as advertised. We only stayed one night, but if we are ever back in Newport for a longer visit, this is the place we will be looking to stay. The only minor hiccup was that the room was not ready at 4:00, but the area is nice and we walked on the Cliff Walk for a bit until the room was ready. 'This was our first time staying here. check in was seamless. The owner was friendly and welcoming. small snacks and cocktails were available in the living room. It was an easy walk to Thames Street for shopping and dining. Will definitely stay again. '

'Convenient location, friendly staff. Wonderful little restaurant called Picnic at the end of the street. Just park your car and walk to many locations, no need to fuss with expendive Newport parking and traffic. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room.'
