'The property manager was not friendly nor helpful. She was very angry with me because I brought my little dog who is my service animal. She made it very clear the only reason she would have a service animal on her property was because it is the law. She told me she would have given us a different room knowing we had a dog. 'This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back!'

'This VRBO is in an ideal location for exploring New England in the Fall. It is within easy travel of The White Mountains, Kennebunk Port, Ogunquit, Portsmouth, Newburyport, Salem & Boston. It was exceptionally clean, spacious accommodation, with comfortable beds. The lounge has a large smart TV for evenings in. The host family were very friendly and extremely helpful. 'The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!'

"kamer stonk naar leek wel zweetvoeten en het behang kwam van de muur. De toiletpot zat los zodat je erg voorzichtig moest doen. Bij het ontbijt werd pas op het eind de jus de orange bijgevuld nadat heel veel mensen hadden misgegrepen. Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren"

"Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean. I have a high standard for cleanliness, and I am sad to say that the motel is showing its age a bit. Particularly the area around the toilet is rusty and has a lot of icky places, and there's rust on much of the metal surface areas. But that's to be expected. Overall a good stay. "
