'We booked for a night because we would be in the area and wanted to take a day in the Shawnee. It's very close to some great spots in national forest. Definitely check out Bell Smith Springs if the weather cooperates. The camper is on the same property as the host's winery and he was on-site at the winery during business hours and happy to answer questions about the area and property. We took advantage of the grill and little fishing pond when we got back for the forest.'

'Even better than the pictures. The cabin is an 1850s cabin that was reassembled on the property. It was adorable. Had everything we needed. The area is beautiful. There are several cabins and tree houses on the property but each has more than enough privacy from the next. We came with our two young daughters and they had a blast. 'My husband and I took our 3 sons ( 22 years old and twins that are 19). The cabin was perfect! It was very hot outside while we were there ( between 92-95 degrees every day but the AC kept up great and I was thankful for that! 'We came here for a weekend visit to check out the Shawnee National Forest area and had the best time! The cabin was in vlose proximity to several hiking areas, the amenities were great, and the cabin was very comfortable for what we needed.
