'The hotel is in a central, safe and convenient location; also very close to public transit. The staff were the best! From cleaning a room on short notice, to helping me find things in the city, to opening doors when I got to the property, to just doing everything really well and with a lot of care, I must say that the staff consistently outperformed my expectations. 'I live in Vancouver and had wanted to stay at the Delta so I could celebrate my big birthday. I let the hotel know and asked for glasses in the room. They had the glasses and ice bucket and a nice treat for me. The check in was quick and friendly Free parking. Had a fun evening dancing at Personas. Thank you. '
