'Great service and responsive to any issues.
Carpet in room had a smell. Maintenance was very responsive to address the issue. However, I think corporate should have a better schedule to replace the carpet. It was obvious that it had far passed its useful life.'

'We left a day early and apparently my third party they didn't want to refund my money the hotel was the one that mention that to my third party booking which I think is mess up, after I checked out and the customer service guy mention he would refund but it will all depend on my third party if they will so i reach out to my third party and they were going to refund after reaching out to the hotel and apparently the hotel said NO so that is mess up!'

'Filthy lobby, hallways, and room. Breakfast was cold cereal and ziplock bags with bread and a toaster. Fights in the middle of the night with broken glass and cops called. Disaster!'

'The only good thing about the location is that its CHEAP , there's a nice RESTARAUNT on the same property that has GOOD FOOD!!. This hotel is a place you go if you just need a place to lay your head while your visiting, not a place to spend a lot of time in the hotel. It is NOT the worst place I have stayed but its DEFINITELY far from the best place I have stayed so just make sure you check the bed sheets and the bathroom if you decide to stay here'

'I booked this hotel due to it having both a breakfast each morning and that the room was a kitchenette.
The breakfast was non-existent as that area was closed off with a sign.
The room did indeed have a two burner stove...both burners were dirty but that didn't matter since they didn't work anyway.
Basically, while the room was fine as a place to sleep as we went to a Cardinals game and explored the city for a couple of days, the advertisement on the website is false.
I think it is wrong...
