This property was beautifully renovated by Hyatt and it is really a hidden gem once you get there. It is 10 minutes away from the action by car, you have all the typical close suburbia retail options nearby too. The rooms are big, well appointed, great beds and linens, great bathrooms as well. 'Really enjoyed our weekend getaway for my wife's birthday. The room was large and very clean, kitchen area had a microwave and all utensils needed. Bathroom was large and clean and had soap, shampoo and towels provided. Breakfast was available every morning around 8:30 am and consisted of fresh fruit, yogurt and home made muffins and baked goods. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. Beautiful new porch on the front of the building that we enjoyed every evening...

'We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!'

The area is cute and walkable. We did the 3.5 mile Cliff Walk with views of the ocean and Newport Mansions. '

'We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and so glad we found this adorable inn. Their yummy breakfasts were pleasantly served by the inn keeper, Kim and the Inn accommodated my gluten allergy for breakfast treats. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the wharf, we basically left our car in their private parking lot and walked everywhere. An added bonus, 4-6pm they served cheese, crackers and wine. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great, warm stay.'

'We stayed there for the Newport Jazz Festival. The hotel doesn't look fancy on the outside but once you are inside, it gives a little bit of posh and whimsy. The staff is really friendly however there is limited staff during quietier times (before 8am etc...). The restaurant is pretty good and the bartenders are really on top of things. We enjoyed our room which faced the pool. Enjoyable stay. '
