THIS rental has ALL of that with the personal charm and comforts of a very well appointed and well designed home. If every short term could be like this I would never stay at a hotel again. One air conditioning window unit in living/kitchen area with ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Weather was not hot and humid during our visit so this was not an issue.
