'As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. 'We try to stay here whenever we are in this part of town, mainly because of the real onsen that they have. Other things I like: potable water right out of the faucet in the bathroom, overall cleanness, and closed to stores and train stations. '
