'It was a 5 min walk from the crossing. Lots of options. During the hot days the pool helped keep us cool. It was a great place and the amenities were great. Definitely will be back. '

'Small rooms if you don't stay in the suite, but they are well thought out and really beautifully designed by Norm Architects.
Service is really good, although we were somewhat disappointed we asked for a room away from the elevator and got one right next to it.
The infinity pool and private bar at the rooftop is arguably Tokyo's best and is by itself a reason to stay here when the weather is hot.
Lower floors facing the street may have some traffic noise while the upper ones are virtually...

'Stylish (European) boutique hotel in an affluent neighbourhood. Just 2 minutes walk north of train station. Sizeable room and bathroom. Great service. Loads of restaurants, shops, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance. A great area to explore on foot and enjoy. And very reasonably priced too!'

'Gajoen is a beautiful calm hotel in the middle of a overwhelming city. What a joy to come back every night to this hotel. Personnel are friendly and efficient, rooms are the most spacious and comfortable. We loved the quietness and zen feeling of this place. Restaurants are excellent and the museum side is a must visit when in Tokyo. We will definitely come back. '

'This space was way too small to advertise for 3 people.
It was also difficult to find because there were no signs except off a back alley.
The price was much too high for what the property offered.'

' Very friendly and helpful staff. The area around the hotel has a lot of shopping and dining options. Great place to stay for a first time visitor to Tokyo '

'Rooms were excellent with a wonderful layout, they were classy but economical and well appointed with great amenities. Beds were comfortable. The cafe connected was quite expensive with coffee at around 800Yen but it was nice to have that breakfast option. The front desk staff was not able to help in foreign languages so that made some things more challenging. Coffee in room was not replenished either which was disappointing as we stayed 5 days with 5 people in the room and only got 5 packages...

Mitsui Garden Hotel Jingugaien Tokyo Premier
10/10 Voortreffelijk
"Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked salmon, eggs etc. The hotel was close to a railway station which I could use with my Japan rail pass. It's in a quiet and safe area and when you look out of the window you are not going to see many neon signs or those typical Tokyo neon lit streets, but you are just a very short drive removed from Shinjuku station which provides more action. You get a personal terrace which I found great. I personally had the view of the park which was amazing. Personally I appreciated the quiet surrounding, but it's a matter of preference. I did not use the common pool but they have one. I did use the gym though. It is a nice clean gym. Putting some weights there would be a nice addition for those of us who like to work with weights instead of doing cardio. All in all, I would say 9/10. Thanks a lot. "
Perfect!"
"Very close to subway station, enough space for us (2 adults, 3 teenagers). Restaurants, convenience store , bakery, supermarket very close. Friendly staff"
"this was my second time staying at this hotel and i really loved everything about it, i would really recommend this everything is nearby and you can walk everywhere "
