'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. 'The airport shuttle was very difficult to find. We arrived by bus from Quebec City on the Orleans Express. The bus not able to par stop at the terminal, and to stop in the parking lot. We had to walk through the parking garage to get to the YUL shuttle location, and was only able find it with the aid of a Canadian Air flight attendant. I had previously sent a note, prior to our travel, to the Aloft hotel for guidance, but they never responded.'

'Très bel hôtel, excellent séjour. Seul bémol : le parfum synthétique diffusé dans l’aire de réception. Il est désagréable et beaucoup trop présent. Pourquoi pas de l’eucalyptus, un léger parfum d’agrumes ou autre chose de naturel? Vraiment, il ne vous manque que ça pour avoir la note parfaite! '

'Personnel très aimable et serviable. Hôtel nickel car flambant neuf (ouvert il y a 3 mois) Le seul bémol est l’insonorisation qui n’est pas extraordinaire et qui devrait être revue car l’hôtel se trouve entre l’aéroport et l’autoroute. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être également un peu plus varié '

"Stayed for two nights to explore Montreal. Everything is in walking distance or you can easily get on the bus or metro. Room was clean and comfortable beds. We received parking as part of the Gold status which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is becoming a rarity these days. Would recommend this hotel. "
