'The staff at this fine hotel are outstanding and make the hotel what it is! While the interior and rooms feel a little worn, they are clean and comfortable. We were in town for a catholic weekday Mass at Notre Dame and the convenience of being in walking distance in vieux Montréal was nice! From the valet welcome upon arrival to the front desk quick assistance and ‘smiles’ to the refreshing flavored water cooler, real hot chocolate and friendliness and concern of the staff - we felt special...

'Very friendly staff during check in and check out, also the housekeeping lady was nice. The room was clean. We especially loved the view from the swimming pool room, and the whirlpool was very relaxing. Great location when going to the bell centre, we walked there in under 10 mins. Lots of parking which was nice, love that it’s underground so you don’t have to lug your stuff in from the cold.'

'Great spot for a short stay (minimal amenities). Very clean and quiet, and in a great location for exploring Old Montreal. Easy walk to downtown as well. All staff were very friendly and helpful! '
