'Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. No outdoor lighting and slippery broken decking steps is a health and safety hazard. Another guest kept leaving the main door open, and one night I took my dog out in the night to...

'Lovely property. Great location. Clean, very comfortable property. Was able to purchase early check in with short notice. Had trouble with code to check in but after a quick phone call with the host it was resolved. Similar issue with WiFi. Would definitely stay again.'

I booked through hotels.com and ordered (and paid for) their best room (The duplex). Unfortunately we did not get it. Then the breakfast, which is as usual some products on a breakfast basket and fridge in the room. Best before date of the bread was few days in the past. The milk in the fridge was a leftover from previous people.... So breakfast...
