'Excellent location with close and handicap accessible location in terms of getting to the beach. Would have like a baby gate on site to make life a little easier with little ones and those steps. We loved the screened I. Porch out backs. Furniture was very comfy!'

'Very nice quiet property that is excellent in every detail inside and out: beautiful pool, patios, and lawns, as well as accessibility to beach, shops and restaurants. There is a door at the top of the stairs that provides safety for toddlers as well as privacy between the floors. Beach chairs, wagon and toys made it easy to pack up for time at the beach. 'House is as advertised and we are pretty picky. House is clean, check-in was easy, communication is VERY good and responsive. Kitchen basics are all covered and very clean. Basically an Upper King location and very walkable to downtown area or pedicabs are easy to hail or call for pickup. D'Allesandro's Pizza about a block away was a great find for our last night after needing to relax a bit. Highly recommended.'

'This house worked very well for our multigenerational family gathering. The oldest kids/young adult were on the 4th level (which was a little warm but ok), grandparents on main level, and everyone else on the 2nd floor one up from pool. The kids used the pool every day and loved the game room - nice to have the extra space to spread out. The kitchen worked fine even with so many people. Nobody wanted to get in the elevator but it worked fine. We all got a lot of steps in with the vertical living...
