The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and convenient to so many places. While we had some difficulties getting the pool heater to work initially, the communication from the hosts to get it all figured out was fantastic. '

'We had a great time at Jacobs property, it was very clean and had a great game room setup in the garage. Couch was a little small but everything else was great. Private parking in the back of the house, always a street spot available, large kitchen and every bedroom was large so you didnt feel stuffy. 'We enjoyed our stay and were grateful for the early check in to accommodate our early arrival with a big family. The pool, beach, and restaurants that were all walkable worked out perfectly for our large family who needed to stick around the house. The bedrooms were large and clean. We did arrive without any toilet paper or paper towels on hand and also a broken chair was left on the front balcony. We made a fast DoorDash delivery to get basics.
