'Upon arrival I was told they had wrongly given away my room to another guest. Not a good start. Worse, they offered to correct it by asking the wrongful inhabitants to leave. That would not have been a good scene. Instead they showed me two less-desirable rooms. We had to settle. No apologies, no offer to compensate me for their mistake and the displacement, no outreach from the management to discuss. 'Loved being able to walk to the town. But just far enough away to be quiet, which can be a problem in BI. The small bar in the Atlantic, on the same premises was friendly, quaint and the drinks were good! We could see the ocean from our room.'
