'First great location!!! The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins. It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer! The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous. Overall recommend! '

'We absolutely love this place! We just came in January and can’t wait to go back again. Kimberlee is an incredible host. She is so sweet and he’s very communicative. The condo has everything you need here! It’s so nice to not have to pack all of the beach stuff, umbrellas etc. The unit is very clean with nice decor. We loved being able to sit on the shaded balcony with plants all around. The area is superb! Very quiet and Very classy neighborhood . We love the North Shore. 10 ranking Thank...

'Our stay at David's was wonderful. There was a leak in the AC when we first turned it on due to the drastic temperature change, but David immediately called and he and his daughter came by 30 minutes later to install a drip catcher panel. Shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided, as well as some dishware. Location was great, right across the street from Safeway and Wailua shave ice. Would stay here again!'

'What a gem!!! So many things to love about this place. The unit itself has breathtaking views, a bunch of water/beach gear for use, a private washer and dryer, and a very comfortable bed! The property as a whole is also stunning and meticulously maintained. My husband and I loved the pool, beach access, pickleball and tennis courts, and onsite bar and 2 restaurants. We will be back!!!'
