'We had a wonderful stay here .The owners and staff were very welcoming , friendly and nothing was too much trouble . The bed was very comfortable and large. We had a first floor room with a patio area outside and there was a nice communal outdoor seating area. Really great location to walk into Kennebunkport which is a beautiful place. Be aware there are no lifts so if you have a lot of luggage ( as we did ) maybe request a ground floor room. '

The back half was built in 1753 and the front half in the 1780, yet this historic home had all the conveniences of the modern world: snug windows, heated bathroom floor, and easy to control heatng. 'Verhouding prijs/kwaliteit is niet geheel goed.Echter wel een traditioneel hotel met sfeer. Geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers onvoldoende.'

'Voor een nachtje een prima en betaalbaar verblijf. Het bed was comfortabel en schoon genoeg en dat is uiteindelijk het belangrijkste. Verder is het verblijf niet luxe, maar dat verwacht ik ook niet voor de prijs. Het centrum moet je wel in met de auto.'
