'We were in the area for a family wedding so spent most of our time away from the cottage. It provided a welcome morning and evening retreat, sun (or even clouds) over the water. We could have enjoyed many hours sitting in the "sun room" if we hadn't been pulled away to other activities. It was all lovely and easy. Suggest owners install a grab bar for the tub/shower. That tile step is dangerous, especially when wet.'

'We enjoyed out stay very much in February. It was so quiet and nice. Very very clean! Three generations of family came and loved. The sunroom with the view of the water was amazing and nice and toasty for our winter getaway. 'Secluded cottage on the water. The host were fantastic. The view from the cottage is beautiful looking at the water and the birds. My sons brought their kayaking gear and kayak on the water. Just a great place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle.'

'We stayed for our Thanksgiving this year, Wednesday-Saturday. It was splendid. The house is charming, highly comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the housen is breathtaking, and there is so much yard space to enjoy outdoor activities, including the swing set up right on the tree by the back porch. My kids loved the swing! So much fun. The other outside features and accessories were also great. We had a nice fire in the firepit by the water, and did smores...

'The sunrises across the sound are incredibly amazing. If that was not enough the house has the newest appliances, great layout, and 200 plus degrees of water views from the dining room table. It is ideally located for a peaceful and restorative vacation from reality. Working remotely from the dining room table was the best location yet. Thanks for the opportunity to return to my high school regional area and deepen my appreciation for the waters I miss dearly.'

'We had a small family reunion at Lazarus Point. The families came from north and south and met here. There was plenty of room for all of us. Awesome bedrooms and bathrooms. There was plenty of necessities to use in the home , which was very helpful since the stores are quite a distance away. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, crabbing, boating, use of the hot tub, bird watching and relaxing all around the greats decks, dock and yard. Thank you for helping us enjoy a fun family vacation!'
