'Property worked great for my friend and I. Great, central location in safe neighborhood. We'll stocked with what we needed for a few days. It's very small, so I wouldn't recommend for kids, but perfect for adults. The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable, so we ended up sharing the bed. I'd definitely recommend for your stay at the outer banks.'

'Very nice accommodations, clean & comfortable! There were No signs of pets or smoking. I'm allergic to both animals & smoke. Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!! Thank You for an Awesome stay. : )'

'Unit not very clean.. windows very dirty and deck and table covered with bugs, bird poop and spider webs. Dog poop at base of stairs.. very utilitarian unit. Bed comfortable but everything else very dated. Communication with host was good and prompt. I did not communicate disappointment at time of check in but we did leave early. Refund for early check out not granted.'
