'Nice staff, beautiful view'

'We had a few hiccups with cleanliness, missing towels, big cockroaches getting in, dryer had to be fixed, had to be fixed, and was provided with a yellow really old pillow pillows for the pullout. Overall, it was a good experience & the children enjoyed it.'

'Not what I expected not even a coffee cup or a plastic spoon in the room. I was told to go to front desk to pick up a plastic cup for my coffee'

'Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.'

'The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.'

'Dirty, took an hour to have our room ready when check in was at 4pm, have no one to bring things to the room that should have been stocked, the pool had to be completely drained the second day were there and it wasn’t filled back up until the day we were leaving so we couldn’t even enjoy the pool.'
