'Beautiful location'

'This has been the worst place I’ve stayed in years. The air conditioning is fixed, and no matter how much we tried to make it colder it would revert to the setting they had it on. Second, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and sketchy people. Third, at 3 AM a train passes that shakes where you’re staying. In short, I had a horrible night, couldn’t sleep because of the heat, and there’s no front desk to file a complaint with. And finally, checking in is another problem. If...

'I had a great stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. Breakfast was good, and the amenities were exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.'
