'Room was not available at stated check in time. Was told there would be an hour delay As we were on a tight event schedule this was not acceptable. We asked for any available room and the Manager finally intervened and we were able to get a room. However the resultant delay caused a need to reschedule our transportation to our event. If the hotel publishes a timetable for both checking in and out it would be expected they would meet that schedule..all was ultimately resolved but resulted in...

'The pool was filthy. My son and I wanted to take a swim and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and it was the middle of the summer. When we got to our room we grabbed the ice bucket for ice and there were dead bugs inside it floating in water. The breakfast was tasty and had plenty to choose from. Not sure if I would stay in this particular hotel again.'
