The only minor complaint I have is the slowness of filling the hot tub on the first day. On subsequent days it got better, however. The staff was very responsive through email.

'Beautiful hotel in a great and quite location of Kyoto. Upon arrival our forwarded luggage was waiting for us on our well appointed executive room, it was big enough for our family of three.Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and the most gorgeous view to the mountains. Walking distance to Gion and so many temples. Service at the hotel is top notch. And the shuttle bus to/from the station is a great addition. Could not have stayed in a better place than this. We will certainly recommend...

'This was an amazing gem of the property that was close to the GION district. Super walkable to the metro center we traveled all over the Kyoto area, including going to Nara Park and the bamboo forest on the west side of town. The room was awesome for my family 04 with two small boys and everything was on point easy check-in zero hassle and just overall pleasure to be there.'
