'The staff is very friendly. But in the room was Some things brooken. Only one curtain, so you can’t make the room dark. The towels from the person before was still there. The refigator made sooo much noise, just like a airplane'

'Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and were even more considerate to change my mom and nieces room to a double with no issues. They were courteous and we had no trouble with staff. Even had a tasty breakfast. The only issues we had were in the room the air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet and the door didnt seem like it closed all the way. We had to tug it to close it fully. The carpet could be the reason the room smelled a bit and there were orange stains under the nightstand on...

'I stayed here for one night and when I decided I needed another night for the way home I stayed again. People who give this place poor reviews are being ridiculous- realistically what can you expect for 60 bucks a night? An extremely clean room and very comfy beds, cold AC with no funny smells should be highly appreciated and well reviewed. I would stay here again when visiting Slidell for a short time!'

'Not the hotel’s staff fault but power went out to portions of hotel. Had no lights in bathroom and they ran out of breakfast. Hotel was clean and pool was good and enjoyable. Hotel should make concessions to refund partial fees when accommodation can’t deliver what is advertised.'

'Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. I wish they had an earlier check in time than 4pm, but we made it work. We had a possible toilet leak when we were out that flooded our room. Staff was quick to spot the issue and when we arrived back from an outing they had already assigned a new room. None of our items were damaged in the flood either. Staff apologized profusely for the room change, but it was completely understandable and out of their control. Rooms were clean as was the rest of...
