'Older building in the downtown (could use a little updating, some street noise), but the AC worked well for us. Nice and close to the Gateway Arch. Cheapest stay close to the Arch. Paying for parking is annoying, but every place in downtown St. Louis charged for parking. Good stay for the money.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

I sent a chat thru Hilton app and called 30 minutes later. They said they would send someone. An hour later still no towel. 'This hotel was just beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Was walking distance to Arch and ballpark. Staff was just amazing. We were flying in from out of town and coming in a lot earlier than check in time and they were able to get us an early checkin. They took our luggage and we went and walked around until they called to let us know the room was ready. We didn't utilize the bar or restaurants because we weren't there long. But we will definitely stay again next time we're in town.'

'The property exceeded my expectations, I've stayed at many courtyard hotels over the years and this was by far the best in every way. I was in town for a convention and the hotel was about 30 feet from the center, walk out of the hotel and into the convention center in about ten seconds, eliminating for me the need for rideshare.'

'My room was clean for the most part but the headboard was dusty. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of dishes. Great value.
My only complaint was the elevators were always busy in the morning so we had to take the stairs. We picked this hotel for the hot tub but on the morning we were checking out, the jets were not working.
The location and the amenities were great. I could walk to MetroLink station and restaurants.'
