'We chose the farmhouse for the family to celebrate graduation from the University of Rochester. The property was quiet and well cared for. The kitchen was equipped allowing us to cook for the whole family, and we all kept commenting how much attention had been paid to the decoration and restoration of the farmhouse. 'Maria is an amazing host to a beautiful property! Check-in was seamless, the property was very clean, easy to access, and the view of the lake was breathtaking. 'The open floor plan with lots of window access to view the lake was spectacular. The kitchen is huge with all the appliances you can think of including 2 different coffee pots. The home was very clean with plenty of extra blankets for the chilly nights. All questions were answered promptly and lots of restaurants and other amenities were a short distance away. The dock was not up during our stay but we didn’t need it for this trip.'

'Rated 4/5 because of the exterior. The entrance requires lighting at night. The rear steps need to be repaired. Lastly, there was an excessive amount of fallen leaves, and due to rain it was very slippery. The interior was great!'

'What a great space! We had a family get together for my mom’s 80th birthday and this was a perfect location for it! We had envisioned sitting outside by the lake, playing some cornhole, fishing off the dock and letting the kids run around and tire themselves out. Unfortunately it rained all day.
