'Good value. All 1 bedroom apartments. 1 is first floor, 3&4 are second floor. Owner switched us to unit 1. Plenty of heat from radiators, had to open window to adjust.Fully equipped, except no hair dryer. Located in nice old residential neighborhood. Seemed very safe.Parking in back of street was plus. Heard train whistle evening and morning but didn’t wake us up. Very convenient access to I-75. No restaurants or shops close by (walking).'

'We loved the house and especially the location because we could walk to HP Square for coffee. My son walked to a friends house on Observatory and was able to get his required amount of exercise! The only changes you might make would be to add grab bars in the shower and unstick the front door! Otherwise .- perfect!'

'Overall, it was a nice property. The only thing I would warn guests about is the sound of the air conditioner. When the A/C was on, it was hard to hear the TV or have conversations with people if you're in the living room. It is possible we did not run the A/C correctly, and in full disclosure, I did not contact the owner about this so maybe there was something that could have been done. He was responsive so if there was something to be done, I'm guessing he would have done his best to do it.'

Our VRBO was spotless and perfect for two, with a mid-century modern vibe and all the modern conveniences. 'The host was super easy to work with! Check in process simple, efficient, and no problems. The unit was spotless, cozy, so adorable and perfect for my husband and I. We are both in recovery and it was a perfect location for us away from big crowds, bar scene etc, but close enough to get to and from anywhere else in Cincy. We did use the washer and dryer downstairs available and loved they provided everything we needed for that. We never felt unsafe. It was also quiet. The house the unit is in is...

'Came for friends son wedding at Ault Park. Convenient location. Property hard to find. No easy to find house number. Entrance is in the back. Up to 3rd floor in a stairway only 2’ wide and almost like an enclosed spiral staircase. Clean apartment except for finding 3 separate stink bugs about the size of my little finger. Place needs to be fumigated. Place had 1 metal chair to sit in. Place left us under the impression that we were in a college student rental. '
