'The room looked like it was recently renovated and was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. The shower was fantastic. This was probably the nicest running shower I have had in a hotel. Water delivery was excellent! The staff at the front desk was also friendly and helpful. I did not use any amenities or have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.'

'When we arrived at 10 PM there was no Wi-Fi. They told us there were no handicap accessible rooms. I told them that was unacceptable and after a five minute search, he found one. We didn’t get the room they promised us, but the one we got worked. We stayed for seven nights. The hotel was very clean. We were very happy with that aspect. We would stay here again if needed.'

'Great rooms'

'Dayshift person on 10/20 and 10/21 refused to write up a continuous water running in toilet. She told me I should just giggle the handle. She was extremely rude and non responsive. She’s useless and I will also report my water concerns to EPA. We’re in a drought. Feel free to call me for more details. I’ve stayed in lots of Sonesta and never treated so poorly.'
