'The room had a decent size. The shower was horrible, absolutely no water pressure at all. The breakfast was okish. Powdered scrambled eggs are not my fav. The pool was nice and fairly clean. The gym desperately needs an update Valet parking was a joke '

'We stayed there prior to a cruise during Christmas. I can’t express enough how happy we were staying there. The entire staff treated us amazingly from the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff. It was a pleasure staying here. Our next trip to New Orleans will definitely be here. '

'Room very clean and this hotel has the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced. Rooms are all updated except for the room coffee maker. Instead of adding machines that use pods they have the old style with little trays. Breakfast area very clean and food ok. Although the site said they had a restaurant I never found one. One odd thing to note is the extremely cold temps in the hallways in the winter. Would stay here again. '
