'Hampton Inn Suites is a good hotel to stay in. It is close to the port if you are traveling on a cruise. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. My room was clean without any issues. The shuttle was very useful and efficient to utilize.'

'Booked this stay because of the free breakfast, with 5 people its easier to eat a continental breakfast. Come to realize it said for a fee. So naturally we get up and go to get breakfast, and it is closed due to remodeling. Room was only provided 2 towels, and blankets for the 2 beds. No extra pillows. 1 cup of coffee in the room for the coffee maker. 'Special staff who made our stay exceptional were, Grayson, Danielle, April and also young lady in the pr ovision cafe (sorry we did not remember her name).Thank you we also requested robes after we got to the room, which I loved having. So many WWII pictures, a piano from patton. Only downside to the hotel is no pool and expensive parking which did not affect us. 'It was a little confusing where to park exactly, one lot was $50 per night, one was $20 and they were side by side. It was Saturday afternoon so we parked on the street, after 5 pm they don’t ticket you until Monday. It was a little confusing which door to go in to sign in but after that, the staff were great, rooms were nice, and pool was great.'
