'First let me say that the place was immaculate and the pool was fantastic. Our group of nine family members (3 generations) had a great two nights and all slept very well. That said, we do have a few comments. First, the house is definetly not new with a lot of uneven floors, steps without hand rails and slippery bath tubs with no handholds. 'The property was great and we loved everything about it. The outside space was the perfect spot for quiet coffee in the morning and the group hanging out in the afternoon and evening. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 11. And I’d book again just for the animals!! The host was very responsive for one issue we had.'

'The property was clean, beautiful, and nestled on well-maintained land in the perfect location—secluded enough for privacy, yet just a short drive from downtown Fredericksburg. It was also ideally situated near many of the area’s top wineries. Inside, the home had a cozy, rustic charm that made evenings relaxing and fun, with plenty of games and activities to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this charming property to anyone visiting the area.'
