'I would avoid. We turned up for our booking and our room wasn’t ready , although our names were on the board in reception. The staff didn’t seem apologetic even though we had arrived there at 7pm and they had all day to contact us to say there had been a mess up with the bookings . I’ve also read this had happened to other people . He hesitantly got us another room at a hotel which wasn’t as nice and not what we paid for. He told us to come back at 2 pm the next day for our room so we’ve now...

'Super kind people running the hotel. Basic, clean rooms with comfortable beds and good airco. Beautiful location for watching the sunset. We liked it a lot. We didn't use the pool as we weren't prepared for the pool dresscode, but it was fine. Very relaxed atmosphere and many cats around (which we liked). Would definitely recommend the place.'

'I am someone who never writes bad reviews; even if I feel uncomfortable, I usually just let it go. However, this time the experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel's cleanliness was appalling—the toilet was filthy, and the room door wouldn't even lock! The staff were incredibly rude and treated us like thieves! For anyone planning to stay in Penang, I strongly advise against staying at this wretched place!'

'The beach is about a kilometre away, room is small and has a small table, no space to put out your clothes , staff excellent place clean '

'Good bang for your buck but dont expect super high end hotel obviosuly ..its a motel guys...and just ine downside was that wifi was really bad i had to use my own phone's data by using usb tethering for ny laptop...my room was a bit far from the reception so maybe it was because of that but yeah other than that good little motel'
