'The property has a lovely view of Lake Travis, was clean and spacious and well appointed. We stayed here to watch the solar eclipse, and it was very well situated for us.'

The house was Immaculate , clean , comfortably , every thing you could ever want in the kitchen. It was a great memory for all my brothers and sisters. 'This beautiful home is centrally located in a hip neighborhood (Zilker is close to SXSW, ACL, South Congress and Downtown.) The house is a contemporary with natural light, tall ceilings and tons of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, morning coffee and afternoon cocktails in the secluded backyard. Our host, Almog, could not have been nicer or more responsive.'

'My family (ten of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The space was gorgeous, both indoor and out, and the kitchen contained all the dishes, utensils, and staples we needed to cook a few meals. We loved the pool and the hammock and the nearby walking trail, and there was enough space for all of us to get ready at the same time - we attended a wedding in Hudson Bend. My only suggestion is maybe some more towel hooks in the secondary bathroom upstairs, as there were 5 of us...

'We enjoyed the Walker Villa overlooking Travis Lake for four nights including the total solar eclipse of 2024. Paula, our host, was very proactive and helpful while we planned the details of the trip; she was great! The Villa itself is roomy, tastefully decorated, and extremely well-equipped if you choose to self-cater. Furniture is lovely and comfy, beds are great, and the patio overlooking the lake is furnished with a six-chair table and a comfortable L-shaped couch that saw a lot of lounging...

'Beautiful house on the lake. The pictures provided are very accurate. It’s incredibly well appointed with anything and everything you could need. The home owner is also AMAZING to work with. Super responsive, helpful and accommodating. We had a boat pick us up at the dock one day which was amazing. And the pool is really nice! The only negative was the internet/Wi-Fi. Everyone in our group had issues with it and ultimately couldn’t use it. Other than that, great house and great owners!'

'A major concern and dangerous issue is the sliding doors. They don't lock properly at all and anyone can access the property at anytime. The front is surrounded by sliding glass doors and a few of them don't lock. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes from the previous renter. There is low water pressure in the showers and a broken handle on the first level shower. 'We had family ThanksMas here this year. Group consisted of adults, teens, tweens, and little ones. House was fantastic. Everyone loved the chicken coop and the large yard (plus open field next door) to run and play in. Pool was great but didn't get used much because of weather. Kitchen was fully stocked, great appliances, and laid out perfectly. Good layout for bedrooms and everyone also enjoyed the game room. Great communications with the hosts. 'Perfect Studio on the right street! '

'The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. '
