'I’ve stayed in plenty of homes, and this one has GOT to be my #1!!! 🙌 The location is absolutely perfect! Folly Beach, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Shem Creek are all within about 15 minutes. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the home sits back off the street, which I really loved.. You don’t even have to worry about bringing beach towels or beach chairs because they had those covered too!!! They honestly thought of everything. 'Well kept property and great location but for older individuals many stairs to go up'

'Place was clean and well kept! The location was perfect since my wife and I wanted to spend most of our days out and exploring the city, and it is very walkable to all the major attractions on the Charleston peninsula. The place was small as we expected, but enough space to hang out there a bit and cook food. The only complaint is that the lights outside were very bright and the curtains did not block much of the light at night.'

'This was a lovely convenient location. The off street parking was helpful. There was a bit of street noise due to a metal plate in the road that was covering some pot hole . Every time a car ran over it, it sounded like banging on the front door. Easy enough to ignore during the day, but I needed earplugs to sleep. I didn’t reduce the rating since it’s completely out of the host’s control. Small problem with the AC was fixed within an hour of notification. Such prompt service!'
