'Literally everything you could need in a beautiful, private location. Walking to Crown Point Coffee was the perfect start to every morning, and we loved coming home to a quiet neighborhood after spending the day at the beach, boardwalk, or downtown. The location is minutes from everything yet feels like a sanctuary- no airplane noise! Check in and check out were a breeze, and we feel we got a great value for the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!'

'Great location. We used buses to get around and found at age 77 a challenge to walk hills up and esp at end of day. We found bus 84 helpful to come up from Rosecrans to Talbot and Catalinata The place was lovely, well equipped and a great space to be in. We ate most of our meals here and worked very well'

'We really enjoyed our stay in this surprising secluded hideaway in the midst of a quaint neighborhood about 5 blocks from the Windandsea Beach. Also a lovely park with a great walking path is in the other direction. The property staff were responsive to correcting a couple of things weren't quite right in the beginning. 'Situated in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and the ocean, the cottage offered a perfect balance of comfort, privacy and convenience. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed being able to read, write, and bird watch on the private balcony that overlooks a tranquil garden. On-street parking was readily available anytime of day and check-in/check-out was easy as pie. Many thanks to Mark and Marty for being excellent hosts! Hope to see you again...
