'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Loved our stay and would stay again!'

'El cuarto estaba muy sucio olía mucho a tierra como que no se había usado en mucho tiempo y no lo limpiaron'

'Anna at the front desk was less than helpful. The room was booked in my name and since I am disabled my husband asked if he could just bring my ID in and she said no. The parking lot was being resurfaced so she had us go around the the back which resulted in a longer walk then if we would have gone to the room from check in.'

'This was a great new place to stay! I liked that it was not on a busy street and it was tucked away from the freeway as well. Could not hear a sound from the traffic. We slept very well. Friendly workers.'

'Afgelegen en overmatig duur voor de faciliteiten die je krijgt '

'My husband and myself had a wonderful time at this hotel and was greeted with such delightful and very thoughtful staff! The service was impeccable and I will definitely stay here again when visiting the Phoenix area.'

'Was okay'

'Hotel was clean and easy to get to. It is in a sketchy area but we felt safe while we where there.'

'The staff are great and super helpful, but the property itself is showing its age and desperately needs a renovation. The hallways have unusually low ceilings, and areas in my room featured poor repairs with mismatched paint. Functionality was also an issue: several outlets were either dead or so worn out they couldn't hold a plug. Additionally, the room key cards consistently failed to read without multiple swipes - a frustrating issue that seemed to impact several other guests as well.'
