'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'Needed a home for the wk close to GCU to move you daughter in. We were 2k miles from home and with everything going on that wk, staying here made the process that much easier. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, all the amenities we needed were there. A home away from home. Richard our host was BEYOND helpful and kind. Now that we have a vacation in AZ for the next four years, we’ll be staying in one of Richard’s home every time. Thank you again for EVERYTHING! '

'This property was great! Super clean with spacious bedrooms. Pool was very clean as well with the fun basketball hoop and pool toys. Outdoor area was nice with lots of space to sit outside. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Easy access to freeway to travel to spring training games and local activities. We fully enjoyed the property! '
