'The location was amazing. The stars for the staff go to two individuals alone. If not for them (hostess/waitress in restaurant and Brandon at front desk) I would have given ZERO stars for staff. Be prepared to ASK for everything including clean towels, coffee, room cleaning, real glasses, cheese on the breakfast buffet. NOT relaxing - it was a chore. '

'Pool was overcrowded with kids with $15 day passes. Food and drinks at pool were way overpriced. No adult pool. No music at pools. Not much for restaurant choices. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. '

'Wonderful “Prickly Pear” resort. Beautiful casitas with fireplace and balcony. The grounds were amazing to walk along the Nature Trails in the mornings and although I do not play golf…the greens were worth photographing. The staff and the golf carts were amazing….food at 2 of their restaurants were excellent. Pool was clean and great view with the boulders and waterfall. Our stay was exceptional!'
