'Very nice and spacious apartment in a small complex. Well kept pool, also has a laundry room. 10 min walk to the beach and about 15 to the restaurant/bar area. Free parking along with a nice quiet neighborhood. The owner, Jim, is great to work with and responds to text messages right away. His property manager, George, is a phone call away with any questions. Wifi provided, free parking, and each room has a TV with cable. Would easily stay here again.'

'The host was easy to get a hold of pleasant to deal with centrally located in Lauderdale by the Sea walking distance to the supermarket, and to the pubs and restaurants and beach. Once you’re there you don’t need a car.'

'We really enjoyed staying at Dennis’s condo! He was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots pans and glassware. They provided very nice beach chairs, umbrellas and even coolers to take to the beach. The location of the condo is great! Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is about 5 minutes South with lots of great restaurants and live music and a Publix in each direction. Beach access was a quick walk right across A1A and easy to get to...

'Prima hotel vlak bij het strand, restaurants en overige voorzieningen. Loopafstand. Wij zaten in een apart appartement-complexje van 5appartementen met eigen zwembad een blok achter het eigenlijke Hotel. Ruim en met eigen zitje buiten. Prima bevallen!'

'Zijn hier 3 nachten geweest. Mooi weer (daaah.....), Zuid Florida. Relaxed. Eenvoudig hotel. Goed geprijsd. Moet wel opgeknapt worden, maar alles doet het en er zit een complete keuken met alle pannen, bestek etc. in.'

'We had an amazing time and loved the property. While there we enjoyed the pool, outdoor grill and everything about the house. It was perfect for 2 couples and 4 teens. The house had everything we needed for cooking dinners and relaxing. While there we drive into Miami for a Marlins game and enjoyed Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. It was a great trip.'
